Chapter 2 - Jat Bhawan, Sector 1 - Rohtak
Pronunciation: रोतत्ग (Hariyanvi), रोहतक (Hindi), Rohtak (English)

Motive: To depict empirical saga of cultural-democratic-historical-artistic laurel and heritage of Haryanvi villages/estates.
Concept and Design: Author had created the concept based on the palace and haveli architecture that Maharaja Suraj Mal had commsioned in Bharatpur and Deeg in Rajasthan. The facade was copied from Raja Nahar Singh's haveli at Ballabhgarh. Author had taken the then office bearers of Jat Mahasabha to these places and strongly recommended to emulate the old designs.

Architect of Bhawan: The builder (Jat Sabha, Rohtak) had commissioned a Muslim architect from Agra as Chief mason. When the Gajaprastha style canopy above the facade could not be properly designed author had consulted the Mansara - the ancient Hindu treatise on architecture, and provided the mathematical calculation that could help shape it in proper proportion in comparison with the other wings and sections of the facade.
